Multi-technology FLM coverage for Telecom Italia Sparkle
 

This project aimed to provide multi-technology FLM (First Line Maintenance) coverage for Telecom Italia Sparkle, across 134 sites in 11 countries, from Europe to Turkey.

Tailor-made FLM solutions with varied and strategic interventions:

• FLM à la carte for WIOCC and Reliance JIO in Marseille, with a personalized approach to meet technical and operational requirements.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on critical infrastructure:

  • Electrical components and generators

  • Air conditioning and access control

  • Shelters for the arrival of submarine cables, in collaboration with ASN (Nuclear Safety Authority), to guarantee the safety and compliance of the installations.

Thanks to this collaboration, we have consolidated our partnership with WIOCC and Reliance JIO by developing customized FLM solutions for these key players in the sector.

In parallel with this, Telsam took over the maintenance of 34 sites in France for E-Tera – Ariane Network, thus strengthening our presence on the national territory.
